Hold The Pass Challenge - Day 2

John here.

Yesterday was Day 2 of Hold The Pass Challenge. The challenge consisted of two challenges - squeeze the tennis ball 600 times and burn 600 calories during cardio. Here are a couple of shots where I did my calorie burn and the time it took me to get it accomplished.

Today’s challenge is another ball throw but not like the first one. This one is going to be an all day challenge because of work.
